- The sole of the shoe must have the same length and width of the foot, since a sole that is to narrow may cause blisters, hard patches and even calluses.
- The shoe must be designed to wrap the foot in a comfortable manner. This is important to reduce the risk of sprains.
- When the shoe is made of a light and soft material, the inside of the shoe stays fresh, humidity is eliminated and it allows the skin to breathe comfortably, avoiding skin complications.
- If you need to choose heels, these should not be higher than 4cm, in order to avoid that all the body's weight is supported by the ball of the foot. We should respect the natural order in which the heel is the principal support of the body's weight.
